Welcome to our FAQ page! Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shopping with us. Discover information about our products, ordering process, shipping, returns, and more. Shipping:

  • Most items in our store ship within 2-3 business days and then may take 3-5 business days to deliver for continental USA and up to two weeks for international deliveries. However, in our early days, maintaining a large inventory is just not possible, so some items may take longer.  We will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order.
  • Special order items (ie Drinkware items) that are customized generally take 10 -14 days to order and manufacture, then normal delivery times after that.

Orders:

  • Some feature items will be offered on our website as “Pre-order”. This means, we will take your order ahead of time and then, once an optimum number of items have been sold, we will make a large manufacture order and pass savings on to our customers. We generally try to process Pre-orders once a month. Manufacture and delivery may take 2-3 weeks. We will do our best to keep customers that Pre-order informed of delivery times.

Sizing and Fit:

  • For the first 6 months of opening, all E-Swag sales are final. We have selected our line of clothing specifically for its comfort and wearability, but we still encourage our customers to err on the side of comfort. 
  • We try hard to have most common sizes available.

Product FAQ’s:

  • You can certainly put in a request for custom color orders. However, until we reach a minimum order of 12 caps or 24 t-shirts, we will not process a color change request.
  • You can certainly put in a request for a customized order. In fact, we welcome your ideas. However, until we reach a minimum order, we will not process a custom request.
  • Hooray! We welcome new ideas. Send it our way and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
